Bad Honnef / München. (fh) Die Alois Dallmayr Kaffee oHG und die Internationale Fachhochschule Bad Honnef / Bonn vereinbaren eine umfassende Kooperation rund um das Thema Kaffee im Zusammenhang mit der Fachhochschul-Infrastruktur und -Bildung. Die FH Bad Honnef ist die einzige deutsche Hochschule mit einem dezidierten Studiengang in Hospitality Management (Hotel Management). Geplant ist im Rahmen der Kooperation mit Dallmayr die Eröffnung einer «Coffee Lounge» auf dem Campus. Zusätzlich bieten die Münchener Kaffee-Experten Barista-Trainings für Studenten an. Ab dem Wintersemester 2008/2009 wird den Studenten des Fachbereichs Hotel Management außerdem in vier Unterrichtseinheiten das Thema Kaffee nähergebracht.
