Berlin. (dehoga) Genuss trotz Allergie – darum geht es in der neuen Broschüre des Deutschen Hotel- und Gaststättenverbands (Dehoga Bundesverband) und des Deutschen Allergie- und Asthmabundes (DAAB). Unter dem Titel «Gute Gastgeber für Allergiker» informiert der Leitfaden Hoteliers und Gastronomen über die häufigsten Allergieauslöser, erklärt die allergikergerechte Zubereitung und Aufbewahrung von Speisen und gibt praxisorientierte Tipps für die Schulung der Mitarbeiter. Die Allergie-Broschüre wird vom Bundesministerium für Ernährung, Landwirtschaft und Verbraucherschutz (BMELV) gefördert und ist Teil des im Jahr 2007 vom Ministerium gestarteten «Aktionsplans gegen Allergien».
