(bgn) Im Unilever-Werk Auerbach wird für jeden Arbeitsablauf sicheres Verhalten bis ins Detail beschrieben und kommuniziert. «In den allermeisten Fällen ist es unsicheres Verhalten, das zum Unfall führt», weiß Peter Merforth, Sicherheitskoordinator im Unilever-Werk. Damit es so weit erst gar nicht kommt, setzt man dort die Job-Sicherheits-Analyse ein. Sie beschreibt detailliert für jeden einzelnen Arbeitsablauf an allen Arbeitsplätzen, wie man sich sicher verhält. Eine ideale Unterweisungsunterlage. Die BGN zeichnete das Konzept mit dem Präventionspreis 2006 aus.
