Besser lernen: Die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ernährung (DGE) hat die ersten bundesweiten Qualitätsstandards für Schulverpflegung veröffentlicht und setzt damit eigenen Angaben zufolge den Meilenstein zur Qualitätssicherung in der Schulverpflegung. Jede Ganztagsschule steht in der Pflicht, eine Mittagsmahlzeit anzubieten. Eine optimale Schulverpflegung kann die Konzentrations- und Lernfähigkeit sowie die schulischen Leistungen der Kinder und Jugendlichen fördern. Hier setzen die neuen Qualitätsstandards an und helfen allen an der Schulverpflegung Beteiligten bei der praktischen Umsetzung (Volltext).
